As usual, the nice, colorful carton boxes here. Mentioned on it the most important specs, the contents and some “task-pictures”, situations where to use the lights. almost the same… but the MH12 comes with tactical ring, spare button and high capacity cell
The two lights are straight, sleek and fit in the palm of the hand. Both of them are well-machined lights with excellent anodizing and engraving. The shape and length of the two lights are almost equal. MH12 is slightly longer because of its clicky switch on the tail cap.
The XM-L2 (U2) leds are perfect centered and the reflectors are clean.
The tactical MH12 on the right has a clicky on its tailcap. It is for on/off operations and momentary illumination. The MH10 has a flat tail cap that enables it to stand steadily on its tail, thus frees your hands.
The MH10 and MH12 are compatible with CR123A or 18650 cells. Only 18650 cells can be charged inside.
The MH10 and MH12 can be stored in the holsters or hung to anywhere you like when they are used with the lanyards.
The MH10 and MH12 can be recharged via the USB charging port using the included cables. It is a non-propriety charging port. Therefore it can be connected with adapters of many brands. You can charge the lights on many different occasions, at home, in a vehicle etc.
The Nitecores side by side here, and also compared to some other usb-rechargeables in the same lumen-class: the Lumintop EDC21 and the Klarus RS11
除了两支MH筒子，隔壁的还有Lumintop EDC21和Klarus RS11
The MH10 and MH12 are good, user-friendly multitask-lights. Easy to carry and charge and (because of the included 18650 cell) ready to use. Good choice for people who need only one all-round light, as spare light in your car, barn or something like that. Because of the steady tailstanding a handy light for reading or marking too. They are well machined, finished and lubed and can last for many years. Nitecore produces complete, thought-out lights. Personally, I’d go for the MH12: although is little bigger, I prefer the interface by a clicky and mode selection via side-button. It has momentary too over the MH10. My MH10 has a better tint, but that may be different on other batches / lights. I hope the usb-cover will last for longer time. Overall, I can recommend this lights, but in future I would have it with magnetic tailcaps!
