论坛DIY定制版——山瑞D3＋新型3W大功率头灯美图欣赏

论坛DIY定制版——山瑞D3＋新型3W大功率头灯美图欣赏
山瑞D3系列头灯包括二个型号：
1、D3L，标准配件有：
　　头灯
　　7.4V/2800MA锂电池包
　　锂电池充电器
　　4AA备用电池盒
　　延长电池线
2、D3，
　　头灯
　　4AA电池盒
山瑞这两款头灯是全功率3W输出，用CREE－P4的LED，电路是开关恒流控制，可调光，为解决散热，还采用一体化铝灯头和反光杯，由于现在只有样品，还没正式上市，就没更详细的资料，但我尽其所知，为大家提供些资料，上图了！

头灯外壳开有散热间隙，能保证长时间可靠的工作，实际连续测试1小时，头灯外壳只是微温

4AA电池盒，和以前的L301基本一样，但已经改良了，不会出现一些正极大的电池装下去接触不良的情况，现在可安心用充电电池了。

锂电池的充电器，电压7.4V，充满能自动停止，双色LED提示工作状态，工艺很不错，由于是样品，没有铭牌，其它参数不知。

拆开了，一体化铝头灯和反光杯，LED就装在里面，散热很好，听说这光杯是EDDY设计的，保证良好的泛光和聚光性能。

这黄水拍得不好，其实是让大家看灯头的密封结构，密封圈放在光杯边缘凹槽内，镜片是压在密封圈上，密封绝对可靠。

光杯外径37MM，内径31MM，有很好的泛光照明范围和很不错的聚光，做为头灯很适合

用心设计的开关式高效恒流调光控制电路，有4个亮度档，1个SOS档，电路电压兼容双锂电和4AA，长时间工作发热很小。

左是969的YAHOO，驱动是2X7135＋电阻版本，工作电流约780MA，LED为P4（EDDY光杯，直径31MM，深度忘记了）
右是山瑞的D3L，驱动为头灯内置，工作电流山瑞说是标准的700MA，但我看电路的取样电阻，应该有800MA，LED为P4
从现场实际可以看出来，两灯的整体亮度差不多，中心光斑D3L聚光好点，整体光斑D3L的光斑面积大些，泛光也多点，过渡D3L比YAHOO好些，但也看出来，对于有2年了的YAHOO，真是很无敌，不知969什么时候继续生产啊！

这张曝光减小，大家看看中心光斑。

有很多朋友都联系我，说自然白和暖白LED在户外实际应用中比冷白的好多，要求头灯最好能象上次L301一样，先换好LED，然后再结朋友们，但由于山瑞的样品来了还是冷白的LED，所以我就拆开换一下5C的LED，先给做一个对比，测试结大家看看！
左为D3L，LED为Q3－5C。
右26.5标准桔皮光杯，驱动和山瑞一样，电流我调为约700MA，LED为Q2－5C。

对比结果：1、总体光斑还是D3L大点，但没有比YAHOO明显，不注意差不多一样
　　　　　2、中心光斑还是D3L小，而且由于D3L是用Q3，明显亮些
　　　　　3、泛光差不多，D3L的过渡好点，但也不明显

终于到货了，零售版本是桔红色的，更加显眼，抗脏能力更好，外观更加漂亮。
A、全功率3W输出，
B、采用CREE－Q3-5A自然白的LED，光色接近太阳光，柔和舒服，比冷白更适合户外照明
C、电路是开关恒流控制，效率高，可调光，四档亮度控制，一档SOS，适应各种环境照明。电路兼容4AA和双锂电，方便DIY自己的大容量锂电池包。
D、采用一体化铝灯头和反光杯，解决大功率头灯散热问题
E、采用31MM直径，26MM深度的反光杯，光斑完美，泛光很好，远射性能也很不错
F、电池盒采用分体设计，既能挂在头上，又能通过延长线放在背包或衣袋中，适应寒冷环境。
