关于热处理的说明：
J2 is using Ti Grade 5(Ti-6Al-4V)
The technology used in J2 Heat Treated model is being applied for
the special parts in Air craft carrier or airplane,
which needs extremely high durability and wear resistance.
It seldom leaves scratch even with glass.
By heating the Titanium material in high temperature twice,
the substance gets highest hardness at HRC 48 and
the surface hardness gets equivalent level to ceramic(70s).
One thing we must stress is that we do this heat treatment
after diamond blasting to give an even heat treatment effect.
At hence, the surface gets a structure like picture below.

If you scrub with soft material like a door key,
you will observe a line looks like a scratch above.
Actually this line is not a scratch,
but a continuation of debris off the metal key left in the
very minute surface structure of heat treated titanium.
In such case, we recommend to polish the light with a Metal Glow.
That is it.
